InSource’s ServiceNow training team has more than 25 years experience in IT and Operations. We specialize in ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, ServiceNow Administration, and Implementation (from Aspen through Helsinki). We have experience in delivering all styles of training including 1-1 certification, in-classroom sessions, virtual classroom and conference style events. We work with each customer to craft individualized training around their needs and implementation.

Shelly Laubert- ServiceNow Trainer- InSource

Shelly Laubert

Shelly is a team leader with broad experience in ITSM, operational systems design and development. She brings an extensive technical background, while blended in strategic ‘thought provoking’ scenarios. This has lead to ‘big picture’ thinking and increased adoption of operational tools. In both internal and client based projects, her ability to think “out-of-the-box” leads to improved processes and procedures that streamline overall operations efficiency and effectiveness. In addition to effectively managing InSource’s client training pipeline, she personally develops junior employees to become highly adaptable and engaging resources for InSource. She is a strong department leader with a proven ability to manage vendor relations and partner with clients to solve their toughest challenges.

Simon Dunsmoor- InSource Trainer

Simon Dunsmoor

Simon is a professional educator who enjoys enhancing technical skills as well as soft skills. He is “at home” when working with educational resources, subject matter experts, and other technology resources to gather client requirements, analyze complex business processes and recommend effective solutions to all levels of the business. He has a passion for focusing on InSource’s clients and taking ownership of each their unique circumstances and challenges. Simon excels in deconstructing complex technical concepts into step-by-step instructions and present to audiences of any size, with varied technical experience while leveraging audience interaction and participation.

Aaron Anderson

Aaron is a Senior Solutions Consultant certified in administration, implementation, and training and has over 15 years of IT experience. Aaron is passionate about customer development in order for them to gain understanding of their goals and building new applications and processes to achieve them. He enjoys working on complex solutions and improving how organizations do business. While he’s typically busy architecting solutions in ServiceNow, he also builds demos, runs requirements workshops, teaches ServiceNow classes, and oversees junior developers.

Lisa Amato- ServiceNow Certified Training Partner- InSource

Lisa Amato

Lisa brings eight years of experience creating training materials, delivering instructor led training, gathering requirements and supporting organizational change with communications in support of ServiceNow implementations.  Prior to getting involved with ServiceNow, she creating the curriculum and delivered training for proprietary applications for a major financial services provider.  Having been a lead business analyst, Lisa is in tune with the needs of users and is especially skilled at demystifying technical concepts for the layman.  

Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management, is a Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator, is ITIL Foundations v3.0 certified, and is a ServiceNow Certified ITSM Fundamentals Trainer.
