Current title and time working with InSource?
Sr. Solutions Consultant. I’ve been with InSource 2011 – 2019 and 2022 – present.

What do you do in your position?
I help customers understand and contextualize the business value of investing their time and capital in the ServiceNow Platform using ITOM and ITAM.

How did you find out about InSource?
InSource contacted me in 2007 for datacenter migration planning and execution contract work.

What is your favorite thing that you like about InSource?
I enjoy the team spirit and the willingness of our team to dive in and assist each other when needed.

How did you get into IT?
While in middle school, I had the opportunity to visit a cave Radio Shack store that had just received their first TRS-80. After spending an hour with the computer, I knew. My first professional experience was as a tech in a brick and mortar
computer retailer – Yes, they did exist!

Where do you live and what do you do for fun?
I live in Merion, PA. Fun is spending time with my two grandkids and when not doing that, all things audio/video related. I’m an alpha tester (unpaid) for several headphone companies and occasionally assist friends with understanding and improving room acoustics for their home audio systems. Travel to any form of warm, tropical beach is always in the planning or execution phase. I also enjoy cooking/bbqing, curing and smoking homemade bacon, and grow hot peppers. Lots and lots of very hot peppers. Too many peppers…

Last travel destination?
The last place I traveled was to Trinidad (and Tobago)

What would you like to do personally in the next 12 months?
With travel returning to normal, I’d like to resume visiting islands with scenic beaches and warm water. I’d also like to do some hiking in the Rockies.

Enjoy Your Memorial Day Weekend!

Memorial Day (originally known as Decoration Day is a federal holiday in the United States for mourning the U.S. military personnel who have died while serving in the United States armed forces.

In 1868, General John A. Logan of the Grand Army of the Republic called for a “Decoration Day”, which was widely celebrated. By 1890, every Northern state had adopted it as a holiday. The World Wars turned it into a generalized day of remembrance, instead of just for the Civil War. In 1971, Congress standardized the holiday as “Memorial Day” and changed its observance to the last Monday in May.
