InSource Team:
2021 was a terrific year for InSource. Highlights include new logos, increased license sales, hiring across all facets of the business, more deployments, staffing business growth, product line achievements, and recognition by ServiceNow as an R15, which is the top 15 Partners in the US. I would like to thank everyone for their contributions. The management team and I agree that our success depends upon people. We have a great team.
2022 is off to a fast start. We have hired more people in delivery, sales and solution consulting. We have raised our standards for revenue growth, additional practice and product line achievements, marketing, and continuing to solve our client’s business needs through exceptional service. You will see in 2022, additional product lines and practices will be formulated through organic and acquisition growth. We cannot be contemptuous and will continue to grow at a 30%+ clip, which is on pace with ServiceNow. As we continue to pick up the pace in 2022, there will be career opportunities for our staff, some of which have happened already, as well as an investment in training across the platform for our team. Let’s continue to work as a team, collaborate, bring ideas and solutions to management that will make us better.
I am confident that we will continue to build upon the momentum for a strong 2022. Thanks for your hard work and for making us better each day!
