Mark founded InSource with Joe Ward in 2000 in response to a growing need for quality talent in IT and technology departments in all fields of business. As a result of his leadership as President and CEO, InSource has grown rapidly and has become a leader in the technology industry. The company has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the nation, and is a member of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Hall of Fame for being named one of the fastest growing private companies in the Philadelphia Region for five consecutive years. InSource is consistently recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a top 10 technology consulting company in the region.
In 2012, Mark led the successful acquisition of IT Evolution, which allowed InSource to expand redefine its mission from a technology staffing company to a provider of world-class technology solutions. Since that time, through Mark’s leadership InSource has formed partnerships with technology giants such as ServiceNow and Okta, among others.
Mark began his professional career in Public Accounting at Laventhol & Horwath. After spending the early part of his career in accounting and finance, Mark moved to sales and marketing roles in the telecommunications and computer industry. Prior to starting InSource, Mark spent seven years in a Business Development role with Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services, which later became DecisionOne. His strategic management expertise spans diversified industries from Fortune 500 companies to small/mid-sized start-ups. Mark’s leadership focus on long-term client relationships has led to a track record of translating complex business requirements into solutions with measureable results.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree from LaSalle University where he majored in Accounting and Marketing.
Joe is a Founding Partner of InSource and currently serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. He has played a central role in the growth of the company’s staffing business from its inception through its evolution as a leading provider of professionals throughout the spectrum of technology talent needs.
Through the development of Strategic Account Initiatives, Joe has delivered successful, large-scale staffing plans for their clients. has built and managed a talented group of recruitment professionals. His implementation of key automation and productivity tools make InSource the leader in cutting-edge staffing processes.
Joe also focuses on cross-company business development and entry strategies for new markets and technology. With twenty years of management experience in building and developing talented professional staffs, he manages teams that have consistently outperformed competition and delivered complex services successfully.
As VP of Customer Experience, Mike’s role is to ensure that projects and implementations are completed on time with the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. He manages a team of ServiceNow technical consultants and works directly with clients to secure new business and manage existing relationships. Mike’s 25 years of Information Technology experience provides clients with an expert resource for their ServiceNow needs, as well as enables him to effectively manage the implementation teams throughout their assignments. Prior to InSource, Mike spent 29 years at Independence Blue Cross, most of which were spent in a variety of IT roles.
Dan serves as InSource’s Chief Solutions Architect, where he is responsible for crafting the solutions that InSource offers in conjunction with our various technology partners, as well as the management of InSource’s solutions consultants. He has more than twenty years experience in IT management, international program and project management, and business systems and infrastructure analysis and implementation.
Dan has built an accomplished record of working with senior business leaders and IT organizations in managing project portfolios and using demand management methodologies to track and prioritize new and existing initiatives. He also has extensive experience with program and project management, and the design and establishment of an IT organization and IT processes based on industry standards (ITIL).
Dan’s experience includes a role as Director of IT at a global consumer products and technology company. His program management experience includes the leadership of multi-year global program to consolidate HR systems in seventy-eight countries to a single SAP platform based on mySAP 2005. He has led the planning and controlling of multiple ERP implementations, including a global program for migration of legacy ERP systems to SAP on a single North American-wide platform. He has also managed infrastructural projects, including WAN implementations and consolidations, VPN and remote access provision, network management, and more.
Susan Persichetti joined InSource 5 years ago as a Business Development Director responsible for both Professional Solutions and IT Consulting. Susan has made an outstanding contribution to InSource in her sales position managing multi-million dollar accounts. Prior to her time as a leading account executive, Susan worked in finance and investments and became the Marketing Manager for Morgan Stanley. As the Marketing Director/Channel at InSource, Susan is responsible for helping drive revenues for our ServiceNow, Okta, Pure Storage, and Talent Acquisition. Susan works closely with sales management and account executives to build brand awareness, and is recognized for building and growing relationships among our top accounts. In this position, she will build upon the strong partner channel relationships. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Communications and Master’s degree in Elementary Education.
Susan has four children and resides in Blue Bell, PA. She enjoys spending her weekends in Avalon, NJ with her kids.
Barrett brings over 20 years of financial, operational, and leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer at InSource. Barrett is responsible for developing and executing strategies to expedite revenue, profitability, and organizational growth. Barrett has also developed and improved internal processes to streamline work flows and provide critical information to the extended management team.
Prior to joining InSource, Barrett spent 4 years in a similar role at Hoffman Design Group and 7 years as a Certified Public Accountant with MacDade Abbott LLP. Barrett holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
