CEO Update
Mark Lafond

InSource Team:

InSource is pleased to announce the hiring of Scot Keefer.  Scot was an original partner of InSource in January 2000 and we are glad to have him back on the team.  He is incredibly knowledgeable in both IT Staff Augmentation and Enterprise Software and Services.

There are immediate strategic initiatives that Scot will assist InSource to meet our aggressive growth plans. Initially, we have tasked Scot to build and refine our ServiceNow Staffing Business by developing a Practice that will be part of Mike Garber’s organization. There is tremendous opportunity for InSource to sell ServiceNow Staffing Services to our existing clients, new logos, as well as assist with our own internal hires.  Scot will work with Joe Conte to refine our process, systems, and go to market strategy. More to follow on this initiative in the coming weeks.

Our growth plans at InSource are not only organic, but through acquisition. As the EVP of Corporate Development, Scot will assist me to identify potential acquisition targets for our ServiceNow organization. As we look to build competency across the ServiceNow Platform or enter new geographies, acquisitions can be an integral part of our growth.

We are glad to have Scot back at InSource!

Employee Spotlight

Current title and time working with InSource?
Sales Operations; 8 years

How did you find out about InSource?
I learned about InSource through my friendship with Mark Lafond. David Silverstein and some previous employees.

What is your favorite thing about InSource?
I enjoy working with the variety of people. I believe InSource is a forward-thinking, supportive company that now realizes employees are their greatest asset.

How did you get into IT?
By accident! I worked from Mobil Oil for 12+ years and then decided to take some time off and be at home with my children. I was itching to get back into the workforce and a former employee lured me in. The rest is history.

Where do you live and what do you do for fun?
I live in Lansdale, PA with my husband and (4) children- 3 boys and 1 girl- and my crazy lab “Duke”. They are slowly leaving me for college so I am determined to spend as much time as possible with them all. For fun I am passionate about fitness, pickleball, peloton (love/hate relationship), movies, and watching college basketball with my children.

Last travel destination?
This August my family and I are driving the golden California coast from Santa Monica to San Francisco.  Scheduled stops include Malibu, Rodeo Drive, Carmel, Pebble Beach, Sausalito, and Muir Woods!

What would you like to do personally in the next year?
I plan to travel to Bozeman, Montana with my sisters for a trip.  I will continue to cheer on my children at their events- lacrosse games, golf matches, and field hockey tournaments.

Robyn Kritchell providing a few pictures from her vacation over the 4th of July.  Her very large family went to Gulf Shores.

They had a patriotic dress up contest, went deep sea fishing, participated in a 5k, had a family wedding on the beach, and proudly displayed their American flags on the beach!

Mark Gebel and his beautiful family of Jonathan, Jennifer, Jony, and Kristina spending their vacation at the Magic Kingdom.

Love the ears!

Do not get in their way!!

Phil Timms standing next to Lord Stanley! One day it will return to Broad Street! Please!!!

Miruna is once again the gracious host as she welcomed Mike Garber and Mike Gardyasz to her beautiful home in Atlanta. Miruna’s home is definitely the home to visit in Atlanta for InSource travelers!

David Gabriele is on vacation at Disney World and waiting in line for Star Wars Rise of Resistance.  David is with his friend Frank and wife Lorrie.

Watch out for this clan Darth Vader!
