I am excited to announce that InSource has acquired fellow ServiceNow Elite Partner BECK Strategies.
BECK Strategies is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, and is a 100% dedicated ServiceNow Elite Partner that helps businesses manage digital workflows across multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and government. This acquisition allows InSource to further expand its ServiceNow footprint, particularly in Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, and the Federal Government.
Mark Ceely, CEO of BECK Strategies, and I welcome Mark and his team to the InSource family! As some of you may know, InSource and BECK Strategies have partnered in the past to deliver ServiceNow solutions to our clients. We are excited to have the BECK team join InSource as we expand our ServiceNow capabilities. As with any acquisition, there will be a level of integration between the two companies but I am confident that it will move forward in a smooth and efficient manner.

We would like to announce Joe Conte, as the Vice President of our IT Staffing Practice. Joe comes to InSource with 20 years of experience in the IT Staffing industry, most recently from Kforce where he served as the Sr Director for the Philadelphia marketplace. Joe managed the sales and recruiting teams at Kforce and helped lead them to year-over-year revenue growth.
Joe is a graduate of Ursinus College where he played football and earned a degree in Communications. Joe and his wife reside in Exton, PA, and have three children who keep them busy in various sports and activities.
Welcome our newest Project Manager, Carmela Murray, to InSource! Carmela started on March 31 as a Senior Project Manager for the PMO to help lead projects as InSource continues to grow by leaps and bounds! Carmela has over 10 years of experience in Project Management. She comes to us from Kraft Heinz where she worked as an IT Manager. For the past 2 years, she has worked on projects with Insource implementing ITBM functionality at Kraft Heinz.
Carmela lives in Portersville, PA. She has two daughters. Carmela is an animal lover and has 4 cats, a dog, and a snake in her active house. During the summer you can find her on her boat cruising Lake Arthur, fishing, and enjoying the sun.

Thanks to all of you that attended the ServiceNow Practice meeting on March 15th. In that meeting, we provided information on the potential purchase of another ServiceNow Partner. That process is still underway and we will continue to communicate to all of you shortly with all the details. We also heard from the ServiceNow Management Team on new offerings and improvements we have been making that should continue to make our Practice the best in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
I also mentioned that I wanted to start a “Shark Tank” where we could all share ideas on how to improve our practice. The first meeting is set for April 12th at 4:00 PM EST.
Finally, congratulations on Phil Timms who won our “Wheel of Fortune” game, even though the host of the show was horrendous.

Practice Lead – ITBM. I will complete 5 years this September …Woohoo !!
What do you do in your position?
Helping clients successfully implement ITBM/ITSM modules.
How did you find out about InSource?
Insource was a partner for implementing ITBM for a leading IT services provider company I used to work for before. I was looking for a change when I was referred to Insource and the rest is history.
What is your favorite thing that you like about InSource?
Working alongside my colleagues, the experience and expertise that they bring to the team has greatly helped me with my development and growth in the organization. A successful implementation and client satisfaction is the most uplifting and satisfying thing in my opinion. InSource has provided me the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and supported me every step of the way to become a key contributor to all of our client engagements.
How did you get into IT?
Even though I graduated as an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer, I never put any of my Networking knowledge to use LOL. I started my first job as a QA Analyst and loved every bit of it, especially finding defects and interacting with clients.
Where do you live and what do you do for fun?
Cumming, GA, Excited to explore this new city as we were based out of NJ for 10+ years and moved to GA last year. For fun I enjoy hosting get-togethers, spending time with my kids, Shopping, and binge-watching. Catching up on the Netflix/Prime/Hulu content is what I look forward to at the end of the day after my kids go to bed. My friends call me a Bollywood encyclopedia as I am always UpToDate on all the Bollywood movies. 😊

Cooking, coloring, and listening to music.
Last travel destination?
What would you like to do personally in the next 12 months?
Set up our new house and travel and explore new places. Would love to go on a safari trip to South Africa and Disney Alaska Cruise.
